Startup: failed to connect socket please check credentials

Hi,

when I start my GoverlayPlus, I get an error "failed to connect socket please check credentials".

It remains on the white screen with the Goverlay logo where the profile usually loads.

apologies about the delay, investingating the issue so it doesnt happen again and will resume the service soon

issue is fixed and took measures so it doesnt happen again (hopefully).
the issue was due to a certificate renewal and it will renew again on july 7, will keep an eye on that date to ensure the fix works correctly for that date.

My device still doesn't connect. It's sill displaying "failed to connect to socket. Please check credentials". Reboot doesn't change anything.

However my Goverlay app has reconnected now.
