Memory Leakage?

My PC pretty much always starts to lag after 4h of use. This occurred shortly after getting the GOVERLAY.
I do use GOVERLAY with HWINFO.
Back in my Z87 Days, I had a memory leakage issue with a Network Driver (killer).
The issue was really really similar, so I guess I could have some memory leakage problems now as well?
Has anyone noticed something similar?
It doesn't matter if its running games or just chrome.
I don't have temp issues, and I got 32GBs of RAM. In Task Manager and other Applications it doesn't show that my Memory is full (usage is mostly around 30-40%) but back then when I had the driver issue on my Z87 it also didn't show the memory being consumed, but it was.
Anyone got an idea?
