Larger usb display

Is it possible to run GOverlay on a larger usb display like this one:

Hi, sadly, no, we dont have a bigger screen product and its not just about the screen, it would need more processing power to handle a bigger screen.

For a display like that, you could probably use Aida64's external monitor support, and use it as a secondary screen with widgets you build. You'd have to check to see if it is supported. For nearly the same price though, it would be better to go with a 7" 800x480 resolution screen, like a Mimo.
