Have you set the correct name for the WhileGaming profile to match the executable file triggering the gaming?
If you are running arma3.exe the profile must be named arma3.exe, otherwise it will show the default gaming profile.

Aha! Now I understand how it work, thanks a lot (I thought once you choose it, it becomes default (as on "Windows" mode).
The bad thing is that I don't want to import the profile for every single .exe file I use. Isn't there an easy way to import a profile as the Default Profile "While gaming" ? It would be really annoying having to make the "While gaming" profile same as the "Windows" one by hand :S
I tried importing with "Default Profile" name but I just got a second record (without caps) so I just deleted it to be sure.
