Is it possible to create a virtual sensor with a value of mathematical equation?
I'd like to display DeltaT = Sensor1 - Sensor2. If DeltaT < 0 Then DeltaT = 0.

Yes, you can, either with a plugin or visual scripting.
Pick a sensor and then use the icon next to the sensor selected, which has a VS on it, then you can use multiple sensors and create conditions on how to show the output and modify it. If you manage to do it, share screen of it for others so they can see how to do it as well

Use the latest beta to use VS because a couple of bugs were fixed.
