Try with this DLL, put it in the goverlay folder.
IMPORTANT: after DL, right click on the file and hit properties, go to Security and hit UNBLOCK, otherwise the DLL wont work at all.

Hello again Just another request.
As you may know RTSS supports UWP Games now, but I can't seem to get the fps to work in GOverlay. Status says No DX App running while they're showing as detected.
