I have also problems with the Top Process sensor information. It only displays "Idle)\Prozessor", even though the powershell command works fine. Any ideas?

That's the log message:

06.09.2018 18:12:54:ProcessWatch - Resetting Watcher "\Prozess(*)\Prozessorzeit (%)" -si 1
06.09.2018 18:12:51:ProcessWatch - Resetting Watcher "\Prozess(*)\Prozessorzeit (%)" -si 1
06.09.2018 18:12:38:ProcessWatch - Not reciving proper data, restarting watcher in 10 seconds. Run in CMD "lodctr /R" to fix it
06.09.2018 18:12:38:ProcessWatch - Resetting Watcher "\Prozess(*)\Prozessorzeit (%)" -si 1

---
Prozess=process
Prozessorzeit=process time

Try with the BETA 1.6.4.11_cgu and check what it says in the logs after startup on the line

"ProcessWatch - Starts with parameters:"

then run typeperf with those parameters on powershell and post the output
