Wrong and missing sensors

Postby test071 » Wed Jun 21, 2023 1:59 pm

Hello,

I'm having problems with sensors naming, this one from LibreHardwareMonitor display Mhz instead of °C :

Also, I'm not able to find package value (in watt) for my GPU whether with LibreHardwareMonitor or OpenHardwareMonitor categories.

There is a lot of missing value in Goverlay while they are available in LibreHardwareMonitor app

Is there any way to get it ? I have tried to put the latest .dll in goverlay folder but nothing change. I don't wont another third program like Aida or HW64.

im still looking into this, there is an issue on the library of LHM which isnt reporting the sensors correctly, trying to see if they have a fix for it

If the dll doesnt work, would having the librehardwaremonitor app running in the background work for you? maybe we can get the sensors directly from the running app instead of the dll

I don't want one more running app otherwise I would use HW64.

You can change units according to your preference. For example, convert Kbit to Mbit –which is not entirely wrong in the Gbit era– Here is a link on how I did it. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1873 Goverlay then simply displays the desired value from Hwinfo on the display
Just use HWINFO istead of librehardwaremonitor.
