LCD Problem

What is this and where do I find it and upload it?
I have never updated my GOverlay and it is still running version 217 firmware that originally came with it.

What would be the model of this display (if it needs to be replaced)?

Sorry I have no idea. I think if you was going to have to replace the display it would be easier juist to buy another one.
