Goverlay3.5 Firmware220 suddenly broken?

Hello everyone
from one day to the next without any changes or updates I suddenly have a big problem with my Goverlay3.5 with firmware 220.
No profile is displayed completely anymore, I have tried all possibilities to set the hardware and the software to factory settings as well as different beta versions of the software.
Recover Default Templates, Restore Default Files, Restore GOverlay, I've tried everything, it doesn't change anything.
Please help me, I don't know a solution anymore

no, unfortunately I don't have a solution.
Here in the forum there is unfortunately no support and the seller only wanted to know my order number. That was on 26.08.2021, since then I have not heard anything from him.
The article was ordered by me on 17.11.2020, so it only worked for almost 9 months.
I will probably be able to say goodbye to the topic...

I have now received a response from the seller, I am out of warranty!
He should keep his scrap, I certainly won't buy one again and advise anyone against it!
