GOverlay.exe keeps crashing

Hi,
I have the LCD Sys Info 3.5.
I already reinstalled everything but I cant geht the Gooverlay.exe to work. The driver for the display itself works fine. The display boots and shows "now starting" screen. But the application Goverlay always crashes after the start and disappears from the symbol-bar. I´ve already tried both version, the portable and the installer one. I even cant read the CrashDump-File because it is about 270-300 mb big.

On other PCs the display works fine. Has anyone a tip what i can do or where i can start searching for the problem?

There are no other apps running. Only "aquasuite" from Aquacomputer for the controling of the watercoolsystem.
