Hello everyone,
Foreword: The LCDSysinfo 3.5-device is directly connected to the motherboard via USB 9-pin to micro-USB. The device worked without problem. GOverlay version is v1.6.9.
since I unplugged my PC from power, my LCDSysinfo 3,5'' has a strange behaviour. After start of GOverlay the device reconnects several times, but it doesn't shows any profile. The only thing it shows is "LCDsysinfo for GOverlay 2.0 run GOverlay for configuration". When I open GOverlay in the status tab it says LCDSysinfo 3,5 is enabled and detected but in the LCDSysinfo 3,5'' > Upload tab it says the memory is empty.
In LCDSysinfor 3,5'' > Tools is the serial number 0000000 and FW 0.
The log tab says, there a several things (fonts, etc.) missing.
what I have done so far:
I tried to restore default files over the Wizard tab. It seems GOverlay upload something successful and after that the memory seems to contain data. But after reconnect the memory is empty again.
I reinstalled the driver as described in the FAQ. The device is listed in the device manager. I also executed the GOverlay Tester. It seems the driver is installed correctly (report.txt is attached).
I also tried several USB ports (no hub ports) and another PC - same behaviour.
I did not upgraded the FW.
can you please help me?
EDIT: When the device is connected and GOverlay isn't started, the device doesn't reconnect. Only when GOverlay is started, the device stuck in a reconnect loop.
