New device not working (win 10)

Hello!

I just go my brand new LCDsysinfo 3.5" for GOverlay 2.0 in the mail but I can't get it to work.
I've plugged it in, the device powers up with the notice to run GOverlay but nothing else happens. Windows 10 does not recognize a new device, nothing shows up in the device manager.

I've installed the drivers and I ran GOverlay Tester. It complained about LibUsb0.dll missing but that's resolved now. Still there is no new device detected and there is no way to install a driver for a device that is not listed.
I've tried three different usb cables and all my usb ports but I don't have a second computer to test it on.

Is there anything else I can do?

Oh nevermind... I've tried a fourth usb cable and it did work. Oh well
