Energy Saving Mode

Postby Sash83 » Mon Dec 21, 2020 6:48 pm

Good day,

I have the problem that the display stops working one day. It flickers and it shows Energy Saving Mode.

I have already reinstalled the software or driver. It doesn't work on another computer either.

What is the problem? I was only able to use it for about a week.

Very sad

Kind regards

As soon as I connect the USB port. directly.
You can see some of the sensors flicker.

can you post a screenshot or a video?
The sensors do flicker but not a lot, and if it does a lot, it could be due to the port the unit is connected, an also make sure you are not using a usb hub or it will slow down the unit

Enclosed screenshot, as I said, the sensors flicker through.
It doesn't matter which USB port I plug it into. It doesn't work on another computer either.

I haven't changed anything in the configuration either. It worked normally last night. Not since tonight.

from that small piece of log, its indicating that the device disconnected and connected again.
Do you hear the windows device connection sound when this happens?
I think the issue could be the cable, can you try with a different one?
