USB Disconnects

I recevied my Display 2 Days Ago,
I cant use it. Its disconnect randomly each 10 sec, und refresh the Screen.
I tried 4 different USB Cables, and each USB on my Motherboard. The Display do the same on a second PC. What could i do?
