Device not detected by win10

Hello i got a prob with the device. its not even shown in windows if i pluged it in not even with the deliverd internal usb cable. nothing happens. no message or something else

can you try a couple of things,

1- different usb port (make sure you are not using a usb hub)
2- different usb cable if you have any
3- different computer (could be a laptop) just to be sure
4- run goverlay tester with each step http://www.goverlay.com/UserFiles/GOver ... er_v06.zip
