Overlay in game don't know how to get rid off

is that overlay related to goverlay ? i don't know why that appears on some games and not on others..

could be, a number of apps draw over your games, goverlay is one of them but the last line doesnt seem a goverlay one.
The app goverlay uses to draw is Rivatuner Statistics Server, check if you have the app running in the tray, if you do, open it and check if it has options to draw itself.
In goverlay, check in the "3d output" tab to see what text you are drawing with goverlay if enabled.

The reason some games draw and some doesnt might be because they are not detected by RTSS, you should play with RTSS options to add the .exe of the game is not appearing to try to force a detection
