My plugin screen is completely empty.
What am I doing wrong?

Could you please provide the log from the LOG tab on GOverlay?
Also this could be due to the DLLs being blocked for some reason, browse to the GOverlay Plugins folder and on each .DLL file right click and hit options and then see if a text like this appears
If so, hit unblock and re open goverlay.

That was the problem.
All .dll files were blocked.
