Request : fonctionnality for IP

I'm asking if it could be possible in the future to implement a sensor like the latency module for return the detected IP by a distant server.

Of course there is actually existed sensors in the Internal Module section for return the IP of each network interface but they are limited to the local network detected IP from what I've seen.

This functionality could be implemented for communicate with a specific website specifically designed for that purpose or the Goverlay server.
It could be also add to the existing latency module.

It's just an idea for future upgrades. What do you think about it ?

If by Goverlay Client you mean the GoverlayPlus App on Windows yeah. That's the idea.
