Yes, in the profile options, you can set the activation type to be of an app, meaning, when you run this specific app on your computer, that profile will become active

I think we misunderstand. Example: I create 3 Profiles and I want them show in a random, mean Profile 1 30Seconds show Profile 2 30Seconds show Profile 3 30Seconds and start again with Profile 1.

Ah, no, thats not possible at the moment, you can only automatically load profiles on app detection.
For sensors detection, you could create groups to achieve something similar, but you would need a sensor that decides what group to show
